Maryland rockers Clutch have announced a handful of UK dates to support their brilliant new album 'Earth Rocker'.
Clutch were in the UK earlier this year as part of a european tour, promoting the album prior to it's release. You may have caught them performing at a twice-upgraded, sold-out London's Islington Academy in January. Check out Stereoboard's interview with Clutch guitarist Tim Sult here.
Having released the album last month (read Stereoboard's review here), the band will return in July to perform four live dates, visiting Norwich, Nottingham, Manchester and London.
Frontman Neil Fallon comments: We are well stoked to have booked some UK headline dates in our summer festival run and can't wait to get back to the UK!"
'Earth Rocker' has already been hailed by a multitude of both fans and critics as the possible ‘Album Of The Year’. Released on March 18th, via the band’s own label Weathermaker, it quickly shot up to the top of the iTunes chart as fans clamoured to get their hands on it, and closed out the week on an impressive #15 in the main US Billboard album chart.
