American indie-rockers The National have announced a four date tour of the UK and Ireland today, ahead of the release of their sixth studio album ‘Trouble Will Find Me’.
The Ohio five-piece hit dizzy heights with their last album release ‘High Violet’ - which peaked at #3 in the US and #5 in the UK, their highest chart positions ever - and now they’re gearing up for the release of their next album.
After touring the US and Canada throughout May and June, and then performing at a number of festivals through summer, they’ll hit the Europe - including the UK and Ireland - in November, giving fans the chance to catch them performing their new material live in concert.
Kicking off in Belfast’s Odyssey Arena on November 9th, the mini-tour then sees them heading to Dublin and Manchester, before rounding off in London’s Alexandra Palace on the 13th. Tickets for Dublin and Belfast go on sale next Thursday (April 11th), while Manchester and London tickets are up for grabs from next Saturday (April 13th).
