Nero Added To Global Gathering 2013 Line-Up

Tuesday, 23 April 2013 Written by Jon Stickler

GlobalGathering have announced that dub royalty Nero will be returning this year for a live show.

GlobalGathering is the first UK festival Nero are announced to play at in 2013, taking the line-up for the last weekend in July in Stratford-Upon-Avon to unbeatable levels. They will be joining Plan B, Example, Afrojack, Disclosure, Annie Mac and many more on the Main Stage.

The young producers, DJs, remixers and veterans of dance music took the music world by storm when they broke the industry in 2011 with their epic sounds of harmonious house, banging bass, orchestra symphonies and rave synths. After electrifying shows in 2011 and 2012 in the Metropolis arena, the group are back on the new and improved main stage promising an even bigger performance of remarkable rhythms, filthy beats and phenomenal production. The Main Stage, produced by international production gurus 250K, is part of many exciting changes being made to the site this year.

Nero have achieved top 20 hits including 'Me and You' and 'Guilt'. They have also won an array of awards including a Grammy and have done remixes for the great and good, including The Streets, La Roux, deadmau5, N*E*R*D and Daft Punk. However, what really separates them from other artists in the EDM scene is the epic, cinematic quality to their grimy symphonies.

Stay tuned to Stereoboard for more GlobalGathering announcements coming soon!
