Killing Joke Unveil Video For 'Corporate Elect' - Watch Now

Killing Joke celebrate their 35th Anniversary in style with the release of a new promo clip for ‘Corporate Elect’.
This track – from latest studio album, ‘MMXII’, released last year – is both the current single plus a taster of the new ‘The Singles Collection 1979 – 2012‘’ release, out this week, also Spinefarm.
The video, conceived, filmed & directed by Mikee Goodman, is only the fourth official clip sanctioned by KJ in the past few years, following in the wake of ‘In Excelsis’, the animated ‘European Super State’ & ‘In Cythera’, clips in which the band have barely appeared.
Says Goodman, former frontman with UK outfit SikTh, one half of Primal Rock Rebellion (along with Iron Maiden guitarist, Adrian Smith), and now recording with new set-up, Outpatients:
“This video has been my biggest creative challenge yet. I had never previously met Jaz Coleman, but I was blown away by the powerful and passionate performance he delivered.
“I did not sleep properly for five weeks. Now I have, I have looked at it again with fresh eyes. And smiled.
“I was honoured to be asked to make a music video for Killing Joke, and so pleased to hear they liked it…”
Killing Joke are currently working on a new studio album, having signed a fresh deal with Spinefarm. It will be released early in 2014, possibly preceded by another video… but in world of Killing Joke, absolutely nothing can be taken for granted!
