Take That To Release New Album Next Year, Confirms Mark Owen

Take That fans, you’re in luck - Mark Owen has confirmed that the boys will be going into the studio to record a brand new album next year!
The news follows our story in November last year, in which Gary Barlow said that the group would ‘hopefully’ be hitting the road in 2014, as well as possibly recording a Christmas album - meaning 2014 is shaping up to be a hell of a year for you Take That lovers.
“I saw the lads last week, which was really nice, we had a few hours together and a cup of tea - and we're planning on going in and making a record next year which is something to look forward to.”
Host Harper then enquired about a potential tour in support of the record, to which Owen replied:
“From making a record... maybe? Maybe, I'm not sure if we'll quite get a record made and out on the road. But you never know, it depends how things goes. It depends on when we get back together whether it happens quickly or it takes a bit of time.”
Following Gary Barlow’s recent solo tour, Mark Owen is the next Take That member in line for a new solo venture - his latest solo album ‘The Art of Doing Nothing’ hits shelves on June 10th, and will be accompanied by a tour of the UK.
