World famous boyband One Direction sent their fans crazy last week, with the unveiling of a countdown timer that promises to lead to the ‘most exciting 1D news ever’. After a lot of speculation and rumours - which will continue until the timer runs out on May 16th - it’s been reported that the lads are set to unveil a 2014 UK stadium tour.
While we’ll have to wait until Thursday to truly find out what they’ve got up their sleeves, The Irish Daily Star reckons the boys will be taking their live shows to the next level next year, and they may very well be hitting up Dublin’s Croke Park on their travels.
The paper claims that an ‘inside source’ told them:
“I’ve heard that One Direction are doing Croke Park and it’s being announced this week as part of a stadium tour next year. That’s their big news this week.”
As previously mentioned, we’ll have to wait until Thursday May 16th to find out what they’re going to reveal, but if it is a stadium tour for 2014, we wouldn't be surprised to see tickets go onsale to the hordes of 1D fans on Saturday June 1st.
