The Pigeon Detectives Announce Autumn UK Tour & Tickets

After returning with their first new album in two years, 'We Met At Sea', Leeds five-piece The Pigeon Detectives have announced dates for a new autumn UK tour.
“We’re a live band. That’s where we cut our teeth, that’s where we’re most comfortable, that’s where we have the most fun. That’s where we made our name."
These are the words of The Pigeon Detectives singer Matt Bowman, speaking about the band's fourth album, ‘We Met At Sea’. Recorded in the band’s home city Leeds at Cottage Road Studios with producer Matt Peel and their sound engineer Andy Hawkins (Kaiser Chiefs, ¡Forward, Russia!, Hawk Eyes, Pulled Apart By Horses) – brought in to ensure the live energy was captured perfectly – ‘We Met At Sea’ sees The Pigeon Detectives abandon their polished indie-rock for something more plugged in, unpredictable and real.
'We Me At Sea' was released last month on via Cooking Vinyl records. You can check out Stereoboard's review, here. The lads have just completed an extensive tour of the UK, promoting the release of the album. They'll be back in October for another run of dates across the country.
