Ke$ha Labelled 'Garbage' After Drinking Her Pee (Again!) On Own Television Show

After claiming last month that she had once drunk her own pee, electro-pop singer-songwriter turned a few heads - though the revelation wasn’t particularly surprising considering how weird she is anyway. Now, it appears that drinking her own pee is actually a regular thing - as she’s come under fire for doing so on her own reality television show!
The first time Ke$ha sipped from the golden shower, she claimed it was ‘pretty gross’ and that she ‘probably wouldn’t do it again’. But, it seems she must actually be pretty fond of her piss, as she drank it on her show ‘Ke$ha: My Crazy Beautiful Life’ - something which has, ahem, pissed off the Parents Television Council, or PTC.
The PTC - of which Billy Ray Cyrus is a member - is a group of conservative people who try and censor things on television which they deem inappropriate for kids, and encourage more 'family value’ material to air instead. They’re unhappy that they ‘have to pay for this kind of garbage’ to receive other channels like the Disney Channel or the Discovery Channel.
Billboard reports that the PTC sent this letter to it’s supporters, in regards to Ke$ha’s show:
“Why should we have to pay for this kind of garbage just so we can get access to Discovery, Disney, or the Golf channel? It's outrageous — and it shouldn't be that way. Consumers deserve choice. We should all have the ability to choose and pay for only the channels we want to watch … but the cable industry won't let that happen without a fight.”
Funnily enough, we’ve gotta point out that the Discovery Channel actually broadcasts a number of survival shows where people drink their own urine - Bear Grylls springs to mind, while shows like Man vs Wild and Survivorman all broadcast similar stuff. Although, we suppose Ke$ha isn’t downing her wee in order to survive.
