Carnifex Replace Miss May I On Impericon Never Say Die! Tour

The organisers of the Impericon Never Say Die! have announced that American deathcore outfit Carnifex will be replacing Miss May I, who have had to pull out of the tour.
The Impericon Never Say Die! tour is an annual gathering of metal, hardcore, punk, deathcore, and post-hardcore bands, who travel across Europe performing gigs - much in the style of the hugely-popular Vans Warped Tour.
Started in 2008, and curated by metal retailer Impericon, its seen the likes of Parkway Drive, Suicide Silence, Architects, and loads of other bands on it’s bill, and in 2013 it returns once again with another stellar line-up - with the tour hitting the UK in October.
This year’s tour will be headlined by Emmure, and will also see the likes of I Killed the Prom Queen, Betraying the Martyrs, Northlane, Hundredth, and Rise of the Northstar performing. Miss May I were also set to join them, but have had to pull out due to US touring commitments.
But, it’s not for you fans to worry - Never Say Die! tour chiefs have lined-up none other than Californian metalheads Carnifex to replace them, meaning you’ll be treated to another quality band when the tour hits the road in the autumn.
Speaking of their addition to the bill, Carnifex have said:
“We are very happy to be a part of the Impericon Never Say Die 2013. This tour marks the start of a new chapter for Carnifex. We look forward to playing for our European fans and showing you Carnifex like you have never seen us before. We’re back from the fucking dead! See you in Oct!”
Organisers have also commented, saying:
“We are excited to have Carnifex join this years INSD! tour and feel that although the departure of MMI is sad, we are excited for them and know we still have an awesome line up and look forward to the best INSD! yet!”
