Brand New have cancelled their forthcoming European tour, including festival appearances at Reading and Leeds.
The influential band had been set for a run of festival dates during August, giving fans a rare chance to catch them live.
Announcing the news via Twitter, the band cited "insurmountable personal issues" as the reason for the tour's cancellation:
"Brand New regretfully announce that due to insurmountable personal issues, they have been forced to cancel their August European tour including appearances at the Reading and Leeds Festivals. Sincere apologies to everyone we are letting down."
Brand New last released 'Daisy', their fourth full-length, back in 2009.
