Green Day Confirm August Release Of New DVD '¡Cuatro!'

Punk rockers Green Day have announced that their brand new DVD, ‘¡Cuatro!’, will hit shelves on August 26.
The new documentary takes a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the band’s latest album trilogy '¡Uno!', '¡Dos!' and '¡Tre!', and is a must-have for die-hard fans - especially those who reached some of their US tour dates last year, as it features footage shot at some of the shows.
Directed by Tim Lynch, it was first screened at the Winter X Games back in January, while it also got a play at the SXSW Festival in Austin, Texas in March. It got a sweet reception and bassist Mike Dirnt is excited for it to be unleashed to fans across the globe later this month:
“¡Cuatro! brings our fans one step closer by giving them even more access and revealing what it was like for us to make these records.”
Whether you were lucky enough to attend Green Day’s massive Emirates Stadium gig back in June, or their sold-out Wembley Stadium as part of its biggest crowd yet, you still have another chance to catch them performing live in the UK when they headline Reading and Leeds Festival later this month.
