Melanie Chisholm has announced details of a very special birthday party. The night before Sporty turns 40, Melanie and her band will be playing a live show at London's Shepherd's Bush Empire.
Mel C released 'Stages', her sixth solo studio album, in September last year. The record featured a collection of songs from the theatre that have been important to Chisholm at various stages of her life.
Earlier this year the former Spice Girl duetted with The X Factor winner Matt Cardle on his single Loving You. Co-produced by Cardle, with Jamie Scott and Toby Smith (ex-Jamiroquai), Loving You features Cardle on guitar and drums and served as the first taster of his new album, due for release this October.
