Korean megastar Psy is working alongside Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler in what has to be the most bizarre collaboration for a long time!
The Gangnam Style mastermind and Tyler have ben recording a new song together, with Psy revealing to Vogue that he is a huge fan of the Boston hard rock icons. During an interview with the magazine, Psy decided to announce the collaboration, saying:
“So for the first time ever, I will reveal some huge piece of information, because I really appreciate being on the cover, so this is like ‘thank you’; and the big secret is... I just finished recording my next song with a legendary artist, Steven Tyler from Aerosmith," he said. "When I was in middle school, I literally cried when they were singing Crazy or Amazing or whatever, they were my lifetime role models, and now I am collaborating with Steven Tyler, what the fuck, man? I love my life”.
Aerosmith joined forced with legends Run DMC in 1986 to create a hip hop reworking of the band's original 1975 single Walk This Way.
