Behemoth And Cradle Of Filth Announce London Forum Co-Headline Show

Friday, 25 October 2013 Written by Jon Stickler

On February 10 2014, London will fall into the shadows of the blackest sun. Polish extreme metal masters, Behemoth are embarking on a 19-date European crusade with Cradle Of Filth, and will be ravaging their way through cities to co headline the HMV Forum on February 10.

Black metallers Behemoth will release their 10th studio album 'The Satanist' via Nuclear Blast Records in early 2014, coinciding with the tour. The new headline shows will also mark the 20th anniversary of Cradle Of Filth's debut album 'The Principle of Evil Made Flesh'. Behemoth vocalist Nergal comments:

"We are immensely proud to start promotion of 'The Satanist' on the release date of the album in such a noble company. It's been a while since we toured Europe for the last time… The wolfpack grew stronger and hungrier and with new opus and stage production we have so much more to offer. This European crusade will be the catalyst of 2 years long tour so keep your eyes open!"

Danny Filth adds:

"We are very much looking forward to touring with Behemoth et al, as I think the combined line-up for these momentous shows is definitely very killer. Prepare for some riotous shows immersed in such esteemed dark company, as Cradle traverses an Old Skool tour programme set against a viscerally visual backdrop of nocturnal metal supremacy. In other words, be there or be squared. Pinhead-style!"

For all dates on the tour the two bands will be joined by a pretty impressive support bill made up of Swedish outfit In Solitude, US troupe Inquisition and Norway's Svarttjen.

Behemoth UK & Ireland Tour Dates are as follows

Mon February 10th 2014 - LONDON Forum
