Dolly Parton Working 9 To 5 At The Summit Of Stereoboard's Hot Ticket Chart

Friday, 01 November 2013 Written by Stereoboard.com

Country superstar Dolly Parton has settled in at the top of Stereoboard’s Hot Ticket Chart, sending last week’s #1, the Once In A Lifetime tour, tumbling five places.

Alex Turner and Arctic Monkeys are in second spot as their arena tour winds its way across the country, while Canadian crooner Michael Buble and boyband superstars One Direction are just ahead of comedian Micky Flanagan in the top five.

Jake Bugg, who lost out to James Blake in the Mercury Prize running this week, is at seven, with Disney On Ice, Lee Evans and X Factor winner James Arthur rounding out the top 10.

Having announced a marathon tour last week, Liverpudlian comedian John Bishop has taken 11th place, with pre-sale tickets for Drake’s March arena dates already enough to secure a top 20 spot. Keep an eye on next week’s chart to see where he, and support act The Weeknd, end up.

Stereophonics and Andre Rieu are either side of EDM superstar Hardwell at 13, 14 and 15, while Gary Barlow has secured another top 20 placing ahead of a re-entry in the form of US alt-rockers Imagine Dragons. Completing this week’s chart are Bruno Mars, Justin Timberlake and Haim.
