British singer songwriter Birdy has announced two new shows for March 2014, confirming visits to Dublin's Vicar Street and London's Forum.
Birdy released her current album, 'Fire Within', in September via 14th Floor/Atlantic Records. 'Fire Within' is the follow-up to Birdy's eponymous 2011 debut album, check out Stereoboard's 4/5-star review of the record here.
Birdy has announced details of her brand new single Light Me Up,which will release on December 9. Speaking about the new single, Birdy says:
“I’m really excited about releasing Light Me Up. It has a bit of an 80's feel and it's really up-beat, it's a sound that no one's heard from me before. I can’t wait to share the video with you all!”
Birdy has just concluded a short run of three live shows in Edinburgh, Manchester and London. Catch her live in March next year at Dublin Vicar Street on Sunday March 2 and London's Forum on Tuesday March 4. Further dates could be announced in the coming months.
