Eminem’s brand new album ‘The Marshall Mathers LP 2’ is looking set to take home the prize of the fastest-selling album of 2013, according to reports.
The hip-hop hero returned with his eighth studio album this week, a record which follows-up his mega popular 2000 collection ‘The Marshall Mathers LP'.
According to the Official Charts Company, the 41-year-old sold 73,000 copies of ‘TMMLP2’ in just 24 hours, putting it ahead of second place - James Arthur and his eponymous debut - and third place, TinieTempah’s ‘Demonstration’.
Eminem has already lined up tour dates in support of the record, which will see him hitting Australia and New Zealand in February 2014. If you want tickets, click here - and if you’re waiting for some UK gigs, stick with Stereoboard to stay up to date!
