One Direction And Eminem Big Winners At MTV EMAs

World-beating boyband One Direction and rap superstar Eminem won big at the MTV European Music Awards last night.

One Direction took home awards for Best UK & Ireland Act and Best Pop, while Harry Styles also won Best Look. Eminem also claimed two awards - for Global Icon and Best Hip-Hop - taking his EMA tally to a hefty 15.

Also among the performers at Amsterdam’s Ziggodome was Miley Cyrus, who received the Best Video award for Wrecking Ball and appeared to smoke a joint during her performance of We Can't Stop.
