The Graveltones Announce New Single Forget About The Trouble

Wednesday, 20 November 2013 Written by Jon Stickler

Garage rock ‘n’ rollers the Graveltones have announced a new single, Forget About The Trouble. Taken from their excellent debut album ‘Don’t Wait Down’, is out on February 3 via the band's own independent label, Lagoon Dog Records.

With lyrics being compared to Bob Dylan, riffs to Rage Against The Machine, vocals to Howling Wolf and beats to Bonham, it’s easy to see why the dynamic London duo have been stirring up such a frenzy.

Having smashed their way through their pledge campaign this summer, debut album 'Don't Wait Down' will be released as a deluxe edition - with extra tracks - on February 17.

The band's recent nomination for this year's Classic Rock Awards, in ‘The Best New Band 2013’ category, is the latest in a long line of achievements that the blues-soaked pair have already conquered.

The autumn saw the band supporting Suede and they sold out a London Q Magazine Awards show before hitting a series of European arenas as main support to the platinum-selling German Band The BossHoss. The band will finish at The Underworld, London as support to super-group The Dead Daisies tonight, November 20 2013.
