Miley Cyrus has announced some plans for her forthcoming Bangerz World Tour, with fans set to receive a boatload of free merch from the superstar,
Cyrus released her latest album, 'Bangerz', last year and will tackle a world tour in the coming months. The UK and Ireland leg gets underway at London's O2 Arena on May 6 and features dates in Leeds, Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, Belfast and Dublin.
Cyrus revealed during a press conference (via the Guardian):
“I want to give [my fans] real things they can collect. I'm a little bit of a hoarder. It's my mom's worst nightmare. [And] I hope my fans become hoarders also [so] I'm giving a lot of junk away [at the shows] ... I'll have things falling out of the sky that most people would sell at the merch table.
"My thing has never been about me making money. I did [that] when I was a kid. I made the money I needed to make and now it's about putting money into the tour and making sure my fans get the best show ... [making] it worth going to see."
As well as a 90 minute run time, her sets will feature an acoustic performance, which will go on for "as long as I want", while she will roll out a string of props, costumes and more.
