Vance Joy Lines Up September UK Tour

Tuesday, 28 January 2014 Written by Jon Stickler

Following his breakthrough hit Riptide, Vance Joy has announced a new UK headline tour for September.

Riptide climbed to #10 in the UK chart this week and you can check it out below.

The past few weeks have seen Joy recording his debut album with Ryan Hadlock of the Lumineers at his Bear Creek Studios, near Seattle, ready for release in 2014. He said:

"I've been in Seattle recording for my album, they actually have a tree house studio. The time I spent here was really great. It was cool being able to live at the studio."

Prior to these new September dates, Joy visits the UK next month, playing two sold out shows at London's Scala and Manchester Academy on February 11 and 12 respectively.
