Rock titans Arctic Monkeys dominated the NME Awards on February 26.
Alex Turner and friends took home no less than five gongs, having been given nod in the Best Album, Best British Band, Best Live Band and Best Fan Community categories. Their frontman was also named Hero of the Year.
Other winners included Blondie, who won the Godlike Genius lifetime achievement prize, Best Solo Artist Lily Allen, Best International Band Haim - whose Alana Haim was also awarded the title of Best Blog or Twitter - and Disclosure, who got Best Track for White Noise.
Arctic Monkeys have a series of UK and Ireland gigs lined up for this summer, including two at London's Finsbury Park, and will also headline Reading and Leeds and T In The Park.
