HIM Heading To Sonisphere, Anthrax Plan 'Among The Living' Set

HIM will play their only UK show of 2014 at Sonisphere this summer.
The Finnish ‘love metallers’ are among 16 new bands confirmed for the festival, which will be headlined by Iron Maiden, Metallica and the Prodigy at Knebworth Park between July 4 and 6.
Joining them on the bill are Comeback Kid, Sweet Savage, October File, Eureka Machines, the Bots, Straight Lines, Zico Chain, Black Dogs, Love Zombies, Stormzone, Shrine, Rival State, the Wild Lies, the Raven Age and Empire Kill.
Anthrax, meanwhile, have confirmed that they will play two sets across the weekend. In addition to their Apollo Stage slot, the thrash legends will play ‘Among The Living’ in full on Friday’s Bohemia Stage. Scott Ian, the band’s guitarist, said:
“We love to play these songs and people love to hear them so we're really fucking excited to be doing this special show the day before our main-stage performance at Sonisphere Knebworth playing (for the first time ever) just the Among The Living record for you, our UK faithful!”
