Doctor Who Symphonic Spectacular To Tour UK Arenas In May 2015

The Doctor Who Symphonic Spectacular will receive its European premiere next spring, visiting six major UK arenas in May 2015.
Following sold out shows at its world premiere in Australia, the Doctor Who Symphonic Spectacular will hit the UK for twelve performances in London, Cardiff, Birmingham, Leeds, Newcastle and Glasgow. Tickets are on sale at 9am on August 1.
Featuring over 100 performers and conducted by Ben Foster, who conducts and orchestrates the musical scores for the TV series, the show will also feature the score and footage from the forthcoming series 8, which will be broadcast around the world later this summer.
Music will be performed by the BBC National Orchestra of Wales and members of the BBC National Chorus of Wales, accompanied by a big screen presentation of key moments from the past 50 years of Doctor Who, as well as appearances from the Doctor’s famous adversaries including the iconic Daleks and Cybermen, the spine-chilling Silence and many more fan favourites.
