Vanishing Life will release their debut 7” on October 13 through Geoff Rickly’s Collect Records.
Featuring Walter Schreifels, of Quicksand, Gorilla Biscuits and Rival Schools, Rise Against guitarist Zach Blair and Jamie Miller and Autry Fulbright of …And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead, the band will pair Vanishing Life with People Running, which you can check out below, for the release.
“I think Jamie wrote that one [People Running] and he is one of these all-around, musical genius-type of people that can just play everything and is good at all of them and at the same time is totally cool and humble,” Schreifels said. “So it has that sort of simplistic, hardcore vernacular kind of thing with Jamie’s special touch - and for me, it was easy to plug into that because I felt like it hit both levels and it was more using that language in a modern way.”
The band will make their live bow in the US during October and are currently working on their first full-length, which is expected next year.
