FKA Twigs has joined this year's Bestival line up.
Discussing her addition to the line up, organiser Rob da Bank said:
“I picked up a white label record by an artist called twigs in 2012 and started playing it on my Radio 1 show, with no idea who or what was creating this fantastic sound… Three years on and it’s exciting to see FKA twigs breaking through, still forging such a leftfield sound and winning! We can’t wait to welcome her to Bestival’s Summer of Love 2015… and I’ve still got that white label!”
FKA Twigs joins the already announced Charli XCX, Lianna La Havas, Neneh Cherry Roisin Murphy, Little Dragon, Kate Tempest, Snap!, Annie Mac, Lily Allen Presents Funlord, Hannah Wants, Lapsley, Shura, Rae Morris, The Chemical Brothers, Underworld, Duran Duran, Tame Impala and The Jacksons.
Bestival will land at Robin Hill Country Park between September 10 and 13. Tickets are on sale now. Prices start at £195.00 for the weekend, plus fees.
