The English Beat Starring Dave Wakeling Set Up Autumn UK Tour

The English Beat will head out on tour this autumn to celebrate the 36th anniversary of their first ever show.
Led by Dave Wakeling, the legendary ska troupe will hit the road for a month-long trek between September 8 and October 4. Tickets are on sale at 12pm on April 1.
Formed in Birmingham in 1978, the Beat (known in North America as the English Beat) have released three albums to date, 'I Just Can't Stop It', 'Wha'ppen?' and 'Special Beat Service'. Their fourth album, 'Here We Go Love', is being funded through the Pledge Musicwebsite, with a release expected later this year.
