Filler? Not a bit of it. After stepping into the breach last October as Sŵn Festival took a well-earned break, DimSŵn delivered a short, sharp burst of brilliance at venues across Cardiff. And next weekend it’s back.
The second edition of the one-day event will land on April 11, with Clwb Ifor Bach, Four Bars, Moon Club, Gwdihw, Undertone and Buffalo set to open their doors.
The line up, meanwhile, is as diverse as ever. Try East India Youth’s molten electronic melodies or En Garde’s feral rock ‘n’ roll on for size, or maybe give the indie hype band of the moment, Pretty Vicious, and Twisted, DIY heroes of Cardiff’s punk scene, a spin.
