Super Furry Animals will support The Charlatans at Manchester's Summer In The City.
The legendary alt-pop band join the Castlefield Bowl line up, alongside the already confirmed Blossoms and DJ sets from Stephen Morris and Gillian Gilbert. Tickets are on sale here.
The Charlatans show is one of four in the Summer In The City series, which also features Paolo Nutini, Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds and Paul Heaton and Jacqui Abbott. Taking place between July 2 and 11, Nutini kicks off the series on July 2, while Heaton and Abbott play the following day on July 3. Manchester's indie mainstays, The Charlatans hit the stage on July 4, before Gallagher plays a homecoming performance on July 11.
