Vennart Announces UK Shows And Shares New Track Don't Forget The Joker

Vennart will play a handful of UK shows this summer and has shared a lyric video for Don't Forget The Joker.
The track is taken from his debut LP, 'The Demon Joke', which is due for release June 22 via Superball Music. Discussing the song with The Evening Standard, who premiered it, Mike Vennart said:
“Don’t Forget The Joker is pretty much the centre piece of the album, certainly from a lyrical standpoint. It's different to the rest of the material, in that it sounds drunk, half-played and slurred, which is kinda what the words are about.”
Vennart will play a warm up show in Leeds prior to his appearance at 2000trees Festival on July 11. Following this he will play two headline shows in August at the Firebug in Leicester and Colchester Arts Centre, support comes from British Theatre. He will also appear at Bristol's ArcTanGent festival on August 21.
