Pulled Apart By Horses will headline the Thursday night of Leeds festival.
The Leeds based quartet were due to play last year but, following their appearing at Reading, had to pull out due to bassist Rob Lee falling ill. Also playing the opening night of the festival are The Bohicas, Vitamin, Carnabells and Red Faces. Discussing their upcoming appearance, the band said the below in a Facebook statement:
We are coming for you on Thursday night Leeds Festival. We'll be headlining the opening night. Couple of words from Rob here. Big love to all. This will be a very special/important one for us :) xxx
Pulled Apart By Horses will play a number of other festivals this year, including Godiva Festival, 2000trees, Truck Festival, Tramlines, Y Not and Boardmasters.
