Brian Fallon Announces Debut Solo Album And January US Tour Dates

Brian Fallon has announced plans for his debut solo album and dates for a tour of the United States early next year.
The Gaslight Anthem frontman will release 'Painkillers' in early 2016 via Island Records/Virgin EMI. Speaking about the album, which will be recorded with Butch Walker later this year in Nashville, Tennessee, Fallon said:
"I'm overjoyed to be making this solo record I can't wait to go out on the road with the new songs I have as well as to get to play the Elsie album live again!"
Fallon will usher in 'Painkillers' with a series of dates, accompanied by Gaslight Anthem guitarist Alex Rosamilia, the Horrible Crowes’ Ian Perkins and Molly And The Zombies bassist Catherine Popper. The shows get underway on January 7 in Portland, Maine and continue through the remainder of the month. Additional dates are set to be confirmed soon, including a full world tour following the album’s release.
