Meat Wave have shared Symmy, the b-side to their latest single, Cosmic Zoo, which features on their recently released sophomore album, 'Delusion Moon'.
Discussing the track, which you can listen to below, the band said:
"Symmy was recorded during the 'Delusion Moon' session. It was a really new song so we just kind of went for it. It's about the Phoenix Lights in the 90s, when a bunch of people saw a really huge UFO above the city and the governor played it off like nothing happened. Look it up!"
The Chicago punks will hit the road today to begin their headline UK tour, kicking things off in Brighton, followed by stops in Bristol, Birmingham, London, Manchester, Nottingham, Leeds and Norwich. Tickets are on sale now with prices starting from £7.00 (£8.00 for London), plus fees.
