Max Richter will bring his 'Sleep' recording to five UK shows next May.
Audiences will experience a shortened piece drawn from the British composer's 2015 album, described as an eight hour lullaby, at Bristol's Colston Hall, the Barbican in London, Manchester's Royal Northern College of Music and Edinburgh's Usher Hall, with the first half of the shows featuring a performance of Richter's second album, 'The Blue Notebooks'.
Following its digital release earlier this year, 'Sleep' will be available physically, in its entirety, on December 11. The release will contain eight CDs and one Blu-ray disc.
Tickets for the shows are on sale at 9am on November 27.
