Robert Plant Confirms New Album And Sets Up March US Tour Dates

Robert Plant and the Sensational Space Shifters will return to the road with dates across the Southern States this spring.
The short run will kick off during the Okeechobee Music and Arts Festival in Florida on March 6 and wraps up on March 20 in Austin, Texas, around the end of the South By Southwest festivals. Plant announced the new dates with confirmation that the band have begun work on a new album:
"I’m always eager to return to the hospitality of the Southern states. Towns and cities that hold fond memories for me personally, places that gave birth to so much of the music I love.
"Our recent travels have taken this wild whirlwind of a band though many incredible and inspiring places. Having just begun work on our new album, we thought we’d take time out to raise a little sand and welcome springtime with one more adventure, another celebration of life and song."
The group's most recent album, 'Lullaby and the Ceaseless Roar', came out in 2014.
