Amanda Palmer Releases New Track Machete

Wednesday, 09 March 2016 Written by Laura Johnson

Amanda Palmer has released a new song, Machete.

The Dresden Dolls frontwoman, who released 'Strung Out In Heaven', an EP of David Bowie covers, in February, posted the track to her Bandcamp earlier today and explained "this song was written in memory of anthony: best friend, cancer victim, weapons enthusiast, life-saver and….it’s a long story. but a good one."

However, despite the new track there is still no word on a follow up to 2012's 'Theatre Is Evil' and 2008's 'Who Killed Amanda Palmer'.
