The Stone Roses will release a new single at 8.00pm this evening.
The Manchester four-piece, who put the rumour mill into overdrive last month after being spotted outside The Church recording studio in north London, finally took to their Facebook page to confirm that new material is on its way. The track is hoped to be the first taken from a follow up to 1994's 'Second Coming'.
The band have also got some huge summer shows lined up. Their UK and Ireland plans include four nights at Manchester’s Etihad Stadium, one at Dublin’s Marlay Park and a headline set at T in the Park.
