The singer-songwriter will head to Gateshead, Manchester, Nottingham, Birmingham, Bexhill-on-Sea, Sheffield and Bristol between November 14 and 26. Tickets go on sale at 9.00am on August 19, with prices starting from £19.50, plus fees.
Mvula released her sophomore album, the Mercury Prize-nominated 'The Dreaming Room', in June.
Prior to her headline run Laura Mvula will appear at at Afropunk in London on September 24.
