Tuesday, 30 August 2016 Written by Laura Johnson

Martha Wainwright will release her first new solo album in four years this autumn.

'Goodnight City' is due to arrive on November 11 via PIAS and will follow up 2012's 'Come Home to Mama', as well as the Wainwright Sisters' debut, 'Come Home to Mama', which came out last year.

The record was produced by bassist Brad Albetta (her husband) and Thomas 'Doveman' Bartlett, and features collaborations with Beth Orton, Merrill Garbus, Glen Hansard and novelist Michael Ondaatje, among others.

Check out Around The Bend, the first track to be shared from the new record, below.
