Vampire Weekend Drummer Chris Tomson Announces Solo Project Dams Of The West

Vampire Weekend's drummer, Chris Tomson, has revealed his solo project, Dams Of The West.
The sticksman, who also played the majority of other instruments on the record, will put out 'Youngish Americans' this autumn. Though an exact release date has not yet been confirmed, we do know that the album boasts production by Patrick Carney of the Black Keys.
