Wednesday, 02 November 2016 Written by Jon Stickler

Shvpes and SikTh will support Trivium on their European Silence In The Snow tour early next year.

Getting underway in Dublin on February 11, Shvpes, who are currently in the middle of their extensive run of autumn dates, will open proceedings alongside SikTh across all shows. Speaking about the tour, Shvpes frontman Griffin Dickinson said:

"Trivium were the band that paved my way into Metal, they were my first tattoo and now Shvpes' first tour into Europe. To be offered this tour is an absolute honour & a definite milestone moment for our band. We can’t wait!"

SikTh vocalist Mikee Goodman added:

"Can you believe it but we've never actually toured Europe! It's so exciting for us to play in so many countries we have never even been to. When touring USA in the summer for the first time we met so many fans we never knew existed. We hope to do the same and make more in Europe. There are such awesome venues to play on this tour. Talking of places we haven’t played before - the Roundhouse in London is going to immense, and we’re really buzzing about going back to Ireland too! Huge thanks to Trivium for taking us out, this tour is going to amazing."
