Adele Wins Big At Grammy Awards

Adele won big at the Grammys on Sunday night.

The British vocalist took home prizes for ‘25’, which won Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album, and Hello, which was crowned both Record and Song of the Year as well as winning Best Pop Solo Performance.

Beyoncé won Best Urban Contemporary Album for ‘Lemonade’ and Best Music Video for Formation, while Chance The Rapper also had a productive night. The Chicago rapper picked up wins for Best Rap Album, for ‘Coloring Book’, and Best New Artist alongside Best Rap Performance for No Problem.

The late David Bowie also won multiple awards, including Best Alternative Music Album for ‘Blackstar’ plus Best Rock Song and Best Rock Performance for its title track.

Drake’s Hotling Bling, meanwhile, scooped a brace of awards - for Best Rap Song and Best Rap/Sung Performance - while Solange Knowles was recognised with the award for Best R&B Performance for Cranes in the Sky, a highlight from ‘A Seat At The Table’. Best Rock Album went to Cage The Elephant and 'Tell Me I'm Pretty'.
