Elbow will headline the second edition of The Downs festival in Bristol.
The event, which returns to Clifton Downs on September 2, will also feature sets from Seasick Steve, De La Soul, Soul II Soul, the Districts, Groove Armada, Roni Size: New Forms, David Rodigan, Mad Professor and Bristol Hi Fi.
Tickets are on sale at 9am on April 28.
