Foo Fighters Announce New Album 'Concrete And Gold'

Foo Fighters have revealed plans to release a new album this autumn.
'Concrete and Gold' is due to arrive on September 15 and will follow up their 2015 EP, 'Saint Cecilia'. Speaking about the record, which was produced by Greg Kurstin, frontman Dave Grohl said:
“I wanted it to be the biggest sounding Foo Fighters record ever. To make a gigantic rock record but with Greg Kurstin’s sense of melody and arrangement… Motorhead’s version of Sgt. Pepper… or something like that.”

The band will return to the UK later this week to headline Glastonbury festival. They have also announced that they will headline Cal Jam 17 at Glen Helen Regional Park in San Bernardino on October 7, with Queens of the Stone Age, Cage The Elephant, Liam Gallagher, The Kills, Royal Blood and Japandroids, among others, also set to appear.
