Cloaked marks the Sheffield quintet's inaugural release via their new label eOne, and the first new music since their 2018 album 'Time Will Die And Love Will Bury It'.
Unfurling around the genre-blending intensity that embodies their unique sound, the dark track shifts between discordant brutal hardcore and haunting, resonant beauty, guided by vocals that switch from blackened screams to ethereal singing. The band's Eva Spence said:
"We're excited to finally share new music after spending the last two years working on our new record. Writing has been essential for us this past year in the absence of playing live, we can't wait to get back on the road and hope to see you at a show soon."
Commenting on the accompanying video, co-lead vocalist James Spence added: "David and James who worked on the video really helped us to bring to life the themes of the song. The narrative visualises the process of change within us with every new experience we have. The themes of dualism and identity are explored through the contrasting colours and the movements of the characters."
Rolo Tomassi will return to the stage for a hometown show in Brighton on November 12 with support from special guests Devil Sold His Soul. Tickets are on sale now.
