Kasabian Release New Single The Wall

Kasabian have shared a new single.

The Wall is the final preview of the band's new album,'The Alchemist’s Euphoria', prior to its release on August 12. It's a rousing, genre-blurring track led by piano and beats. Frontman Serge Pizzorno said:

“The Wall was written probably a year ago, maybe even longer. Originally, it was about having a hangover, so it started off a little bit as a joke, but it doesn't mean that anymore. It's weird you start at one place in your head and then as you finish it and read it back you go 'Actually no, you know what...' It’s perfect for this album. You hit a f*cking wall, but you get back up again.”

Check out The Wall below, alongside the previously shared cuts Chemicals, Scriptvre, and Alygatyr. It arrives ahead of Kasabian's intimate performance at Pryzm in Kingston on August 9. Later in the year, they'll hit the road for an autumn UK and Ireland tour. Tickets are on sale now.
