Kevin Abstract Announces Fourth Solo Album 'Blanket'

Kevin Abstract has announced a new album.
The follow-up to 2019's 'Arizona Baby' is titled 'Blanket' and will arrive on November 3 via Video Store and RCA. It saw him working alongside producer Romil Hemnani and multi-instrumentalist Jonah Abraham. Abstract said:
"I wanted to make, like, a Sunny Day Real Estate, Nirvana, Modest Mouse type of record. But I wanted it to hit like a rap album."
The former Brockhampton member previously teased the record with its title track, which marked his first solo single in four years. He's now dropped a second preview in the form of a teaser video for a song called Gum, which offers another taste of the new rock-orientated direction Abstract appears to be taking his sound in.
