Police charged Collie with driving under the influence after he was found slumped over in his car. Collie, 51, was found behind the wheel of his vehicle with the engine running on the Vanderbilt University campus just before midnight Thursday, July 19, 2007, according to an arrest report provided by the Nashville Police Department.
