Wildbirds & Peacedrums announce one-off London Show.

Leaf Label recording artists, Wildbirds & Peacedrums have announced a low-key London show ahead of the release of their second album, The Snake, due out in April.

Wildbirds & Peacedrums is a perfect vehicle for the amazing voice of Mariam Wallentin.

This date comes on the back of a North American tour with fellow Swede Lykke Li, and will be followed by a full UK tour around the release of the album.

Details of the tour will be announced soon.

Wildbirds & Peacedrums will be touring throughout the world during 2009.

The show takes place at The Social on Monday 2nd March.

Wildbirds & Peacedrums are singer Mariam Wallentin and husband, drummer Andreas Werliin. Bursting with ecstatic, primal soul music, their debut album Heartcore was released by The Leaf Label in 2008.
