Bagpipers bring Brazilian twist to Scottish airs

Reuters - On a sunny Sunday morning when many
Brazilians are heading to the beach, the martial skirl of
bagpipes evoking the chilly Scottish Highlands pierces the air
of a Sao Paulo neighborhood.
